Scouts search for and test working call plans and routes using different SIM providers, then approved routes are passed over to Runners who carry out live validation calls to confirm quality, uptime and reliability.

These tasks help strengthen and scale the network while giving license holders more ways to participate and generate rewards as the ecosystem continues to grow.
